Job Summary

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Coordinate with other engineering teams to release product improvements and new products while applying DFx to estimate and reduce manufacturing and product costs, improve quality, and set time standards. Create and evaluate test procedures, investigate root causes, perform PFMEA, and deliver reports to support operational success.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
•Coordinate with other engineering functions to release product improvements and new products.
•Apply DFx principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing and/or product costs and improve product quality.
•Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
•Develop and use test procedures, evaluate results, perform root-cause analysis (including PFMEA), and provide reports as needed.

•Bachelor’s degree.
•2-4 years of related experience.
•Strong conceptual knowledge and technical experience for everyday problem-solving.
•Solid interpersonal skills and ability to clearly explain complex information.
•Ability to work in physical conditions such as standing, walking, and working in tight spaces (including noise/clean room PPE as required).
