Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, validate, implement, and sustain test systems, including documentation, training, and statistical process control.
  • •Optimize test processes to meet customer demand, quality, product specifications, safety requirements, and shop-floor efficiency.
  • •Create test standard procedures and ensure adherence to reduce downtime; implement equipment, process, and product changes with corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Develop and improve test equipment (software/hardware), design test fixtures with guarding, and deliver automation projects within budget.
  • •Execute test validation using APQP methodology and lead improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM).

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in electrical test engineering (or similar), including 3–5 years in an automotive manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of IPC-610 and IATF 16949.
  • •Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, and Chroma; high knowledge on ICT and functional testers.
  • •Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electromechanical, mechatronics, biomedical engineering (or similar).
