Job Summary

Lead day-to-day store performance for Sephora’s upcoming Zurich opening by managing, developing, and coaching the team while acting as a role model for the brand’s attitude. •Update visual merchandising and manage merchandise (receipt, storage, write-offs, returns, tester management) and support store opening/closing, including cash register closing.

•At least 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
•Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.
•Enjoy dealing with customers and developing employees.
•Analytical and commercial working methods to support sales performance.
•Strong hands-on mentality with presence on the floor; basic SAP and Excel knowledge is an advantage.
