Job Summary

Own the end-to-end release cycle, funnel optimization, and martech performance for customer-facing Careem Pay experiences. You’ll structure multi-channel growth operations, manage touchpoints across the super-app and loyalty surfaces, and run rapid experimentation to improve performance and inform the roadmap. Partner across Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, and Loyalty to translate business needs into operational actions using a data-first, AI-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead GTM and product launches from post-development through full scale-up.
•Own the user funnel using data insights to define and inform the roadmap.
•Manage setup and operations of touchpoints across and within the Careem app, including super-app growth surfaces and loyalty experiences.
•Maintain a structured asset calendar and ensure channels are live, targeted, and aligned to growth priorities.
•Run rapid experimentation cycles and coordinate experiment design, holdouts, and incrementality measurement across teams.

•3+ years in product operations, growth operations, or digital marketing operations (or closely related).
•Create scalable operating processes across growth assets from intake and briefing through build, QA, launch, and post-launch review.
•Strong data-first mindset, using analytics tools such as Amplitude and applying customer lifecycle and audience segmentation principles.
•Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries and performing your own analysis, including audience segment building.
•Excellent project management and communication to manage multiple workstreams and influence senior stakeholders without authority.
