Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or Masters) in Civil Engineering, Coastal Engineering, Marine Science, Oceanography, or similar.
  • •Board Passer.
  • •Some experience working on Coastal, Ports or Water projects (through industry or academia), with developing technical capability.
  • •Familiarity with model development and application using MIKE by DHI and/or Delft3D.
  • •Experience with metocean data analysis (MATLAB/Python) and coastal assessment methods such as CORMIX, joint probability methods, EurOtop Manual overtopping assessments, or XBeach/Shingle-B beach design.
