Use a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, identify retail and small business needs, and recommend appropriate financial products. Proactively reach out using approved marketing tools (including CAMP), cross-sell to deepen relationships, and refer customers to mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment partners. Process teller transactions while supporting platform staff, meeting production and customer experience goals and managing risk and confidentiality. Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and certification program.
