Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate effective leadership across each inspection center, including regular shop-floor visits and ensuring behaviors align with company culture.
  • •Identify, prioritize, and solve problems impacting IQR performance and ensure leadership executes operating standards (standardized work, operating rules, 5S, product integrations, visual management).
  • •Partner with reconditioning, market ops, and logistics to align production plans, resolve bottlenecks, and keep vehicles moving through the supply chain.
  • •Identify network-wide patterns and lead continuous improvement, translating field realities into inputs for Product Management and building cases for process/technology/system enhancements.
  • •Train and mentor managers on problem-solving and process improvement, and collaborate with People Operations to build talent pipelines and ensure progression and certification processes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of combined operations and strategy experience, including leading large teams (100+ associates) in automotive or lean manufacturing, or a comparable operations leadership role.
  • •Proven ability to lead and develop associates and managers at scale, including building leadership benches.
  • •Demonstrated experience using data and analysis to drive operating strategy.
  • •Strong cross-functional communication and influence with product and senior leadership, without formal authority.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; travel 50-75% across the network; and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
