Job Summary

Manage the commercial and contractual delivery of AV projects, including contract reviews, change control, and ensuring accurate valuation of work completed. Support profitable, on-time outcomes by negotiating subcontractor payments, producing cost reports and forecasts, and maintaining cash flow projections. Partner with project and site teams, perform site visits for accurate measurement, and help drive final accounts through effective compliance and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct contract reviews and interpret NEC, JCT, and bespoke client contracts to ensure compliance throughout delivery.
•Review procurement and subcontractor packages, assess subcontractor payments, and value completed work on-site.
•Prepare and submit valuations, progress applications, invoices, monthly cost reports, and financial forecasts against project budgets.
•Track changes, variations, and compensation events, and prepare estimates and quotations for additional works to maximise profitability.
•Support final accounts by managing commercial and contractual aspects of projects, including site visits and stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

•Professional experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related field.

•Proficiency in Office 365 applications and ability to negotiate with clients and subcontractors.
