Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently and accurately perform teller functions, including deposits, withdrawals, processing loan payments, cashing checks/negotiable instruments, and handling transfers.
  • •Verify and balance cash daily, detect and resolve discrepancies promptly, and follow teller procedures consistently with compliance requirements.
  • •Operate an online teller terminal and maintain privacy of customer information.
  • •Sell and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and strengthen relationships.
  • •Complete required reports and records; assist with training/orientation, coordination with area personnel, and other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •At least one year of related experience/cash handling required; previous teller experience preferred.
  • •Understanding of bank operations preferred.
  • •Good communication skills, professional appearance, and good math skills.
