Key Responsibilities

•Own the full lifecycle of a crypto wallet product from ideation to delivery and post-launch analysis, including backlog management and workflows for development teams.
•Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements and evaluate technical solutions for feasibility and impact.
•Conduct extensive market research including customer discovery to understand value proposition.
•Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
•Ensure features are delivered on time and meet quality standards by organizing testing and feedback loops.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
•Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
•Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Bias toward action. You identify what needs to change, build the case, and move without waiting to be asked.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and get engineers, designers, and business stakeholders pulling toward the same outcome at the same time.
