Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and document Critical Data Standard requirements for newly developed data products, including governance across the lifecycle from source acquisition to consumption.
  • •Partner with data product owners to identify Critical Data Assets/Elements and facilitate business glossary, data dictionary, and metadata requirements.
  • •Translate regulatory reporting requirements into governance, control, and documentation expectations, supporting Category III initiatives such as LCR, NSFR, FR 2052a, and SCCL.
  • •Define data quality controls, monitoring, escalation, and remediation for critical data elements, including preventive/detective control design aligned to the Critical Data Standard.
  • •Define end-to-end business and technical lineage and metadata management requirements to ensure regulatory traceability and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in data governance, data management, data engineering, regulatory reporting, data product management, or related disciplines.
  • •Experience supporting financial services regulatory reporting initiatives.
  • •Experience implementing data governance and data management capabilities at scale.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent education and related work experience).
  • •Knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, data lineage, data quality management, and risk/control frameworks.
