Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers by building and growing consumer and business relationships in a branch setting. Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and educate customers on consumer deposit products. Use a disciplined sales approach—including follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals—to identify goals and recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products. Process transactions accurately, balance daily, and follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
