Job Summary

Lead and manage Aldar Education’s managed schools (ADNOC), setting strategic direction to drive continuous improvement in student achievement and school performance. You will oversee school improvement strategies, marketing, and enrolment, provide educational leadership and quality assurance for key planning and assessment frameworks, and align school operations with company outcomes through direct reports and cross-functional HQ partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide vision and strategic direction to achieve high performance and a culture of continuous improvement across managed schools.
•Lead and support managed schools to build capacity and capability aligned to company priorities.
•Deliver the education strategy for managed schools, ensuring schools are aligned through direct reports and shared vision.
•Provide educational leadership and quality assurance for strategic documents, learning and assessment frameworks, and curriculum offers.
•Support relationships with stakeholders including parents, education authorities, and HQ functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, Enrolments, IT).

•Bachelor’s Degree.
•Master’s in Education or Education Leadership or NPQH or similar professional qualification.

•Fluent English communication skills (written and oral).
