Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide informal work direction, guidance, and coaching to mechanics on the Great Bend team.
  • •Perform repairs and maintain vehicles, machinery, and equipment to minimize unscheduled downtime and improve reliability.
  • •Schedule and perform preventive maintenance to support operating departments with safe, compliant equipment.
  • •Maintain records and documentation, and order parts/process invoices and complete clerical work.

Key Requirements
