Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the IA HSE data analytics workspace in Power BI and Tableau dashboards, including day-to-day dashboard support and enhancements.
  • •Collect, clean, and maintain data from Intelex (MST) OData links, DEKRA API, ISNetworld, and SharePoint Excel worksheets to ensure analysis-ready data.
  • •Develop new Power BI dashboards and reports, including items such as compliance training performance, GEMBA, assurance letter project tracking, and cell risk assessment enhancements.
  • •Administer SharePoint sites and manage automation workflows via Power Automate for travel requests, training performance, near miss, and decision trees.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders and support users through training, performance monitoring, documentation, and troubleshooting of data visualization and data integrity issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage an IA HSE Power BI analytics workspace (~21 dashboards) and Tableau dashboards (~5) being converted to Power BI.
  • •Collect, clean, and maintain data from sources including Intelex (MST) OData links, DEKRA API, ISNetworld, and SharePoint Excel worksheets.
  • •Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for stakeholders, including specific 2026 HSE dashboards and trackers.
  • •Manage SharePoint sites (including permissions) and run automations using Power Automate for items like travel requests, training performance, near miss, and decision trees.
  • •Provide training and support to users and monitor dashboard performance to ensure accuracy and usability.
