Key Responsibilities

  • •Build products and MVPs on top of the Extreme-Scale Language Model capabilities.
  • •Fine-tune models for domain-specific use cases.
  • •Design evaluation pipelines and benchmarks for fine-tuned models.
  • •Build and maintain product backends and front-end interfaces to integrate and showcase model capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with researchers and engineers to move models from lab to product and translate product needs into technical requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong coding skills in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
  • •Hands-on experience fine-tuning large models for domain-specific use cases.
  • •Knowledge of LoRA, prompt tuning, RLHF, or similar methods.
  • •Experience with cloud and GPU environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • •Experience across backend development frameworks and frontend frameworks; ability to prototype quickly and iterate.
