Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, Customer Success, Customer Service Managers, Onsite Servicers, and CMSO Support throughout customer engagements.
  • •Oversee Servicer Statements of Work and ensure service delivery and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for lifecycle management of video and other Motorola ecosystem technologies, including governance and planning.
  • •Execute service agreements and coordinate technical changes, upgrades, case management, and escalation processes to reduce time to resolution.
  • •Support contract renewal processes, maintain operational documents, report on technical performance, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, or an associate’s, or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, General Studies, IT, Management, Public Safety, or Technology.
  • •3+ years of management or leadership experience.
  • •Obtain a background clearance as required by government customers.
  • •5+ years of lifecycle sustainment account management or customer support/customer account management experience with Mobile Video, Vehicle Intelligence, or other video solutions.
  • •Knowledge and experience utilizing Google Suite tools and Microsoft business software.
