Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Engage team members with coaching, development, and performance management; provide clear expectations and feedback.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory, and lead repair or reject decisions with the General Manager.
  • •Train production associates on Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively and efficiently the first time.
