Job Summary

Support AI-enabled business initiatives within the AI Team under Process Transformation and Automation by partnering with Discovery, AI Solution Leads, and business lines. Clarify business needs, capture workflows and requirements during process mapping, and produce business analysis artifacts such as functional requirements, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and readiness materials. Help hand off discovery inputs into solution design and governance review, and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and decision support.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Discovery, AI Solution Leads, and business lines to clarify needs, document requirements, and support readiness for AI-enabled solutions.
•Assist in process mapping, intake, and discovery by capturing workflows, pain points, objectives, missing information, dependencies, and impacts.
•Prepare requirements-gathering materials, document functional requirements, confirm assumptions, and identify gaps or inconsistencies before solution design.
•Develop and maintain business analysis artifacts such as requirements documentation, business impact summaries, decision notes, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and readiness materials.
•Organize business context and requirements to support handoffs from discovery into solution design, governance review, and delivery readiness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
•5 to 8 years of direct experience in business analysis, business requirements, technology enablement, AI initiatives, systems support, or related functional application experience.
•Analyze business needs and facilitate requirements discussions, including walkthroughs and delivering clear verbal and written presentations.
•Working understanding of Agile and Kanban, plus testing, intake, and delivery processes in a business analysis/enablement capacity.
•Proficient with tools including AI applications, JIRA, Confluence, ADO, and Microsoft Office.
