Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the global packaging equipment standards, design criteria, and material–equipment compatibility guidelines.
  • •Lead global capability building for packaging systems including moulding (preform, blow) filling, labeling, cartoning, case packing, palletizing, and format changeover across rigid & flexible formats across a variety of materials.
  • •Evaluate new packaging technologies, materials, and machinery platforms for global adoption.
  • •Own global automation standards and drive the adoption of next‑generation automation technologies: AI-driven controls, AMRs/AGVs, vision systems, predictive monitoring.
  • •Define standard line layouts and ensure consistent deployment across Zones; conduct value‑stream mapping to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
