Apply CI/CD workflows using Git across DEV/IT/UAT/PROD, deliver testing (unit/SIT/UAT), and ensure governance, audit readiness, and compliance (SOX/SOC).

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ integration components, including aggregation connectors and identity lifecycle provisioning logic.
•Build and tune connector behavior for reliability, including error handling, retry logic, and reconciliation tuning.
•Engineer identity data flows and transformation logic across SQL Server and/or Oracle, resolving integrity issues and ensuring completeness/accuracy.
•Create onboarding automation for metadata ingestion, entitlement cataloging, user-to-entitlement assignments, and lifecycle management with validation and audit evidence.
•Implement Git-driven CI/CD workflows across DEV/IT/UAT/PROD, execute testing (unit/SIT/UAT), and support IAM governance and audit/compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

•4–7+ years of experience in IAM/IGA engineering roles.
•Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
•Strong Java (JDK 8+) engineering background, including plugin, rule, and JAR development.
•Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and schema mapping/integration pipelines, including JDBC, AD/LDAP connector patterns.
•Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle and identity data structures (accounts, entitlements, roles, policies).
