Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and amend existing contracts and agreements, including artist/band acquisition agreements and recording and broadcasting rights agreements.
  • •Draft expert opinions and prepare contract closings.
  • •Tackle projects in brand law, copyright law, and UWG with enthusiasm.

Key Requirements

  • •Focus on media or business law
  • •Wants to complete their legal clerkship (Referendariat) with prior internship experience is a plus
  • •Strong written and spoken German and English
  • •Proficient in Microsoft 365
