Job Summary

Support and execute the Commercial Department’s Sales and Marketing goals for One&Only Reethi Rah, aligning campaigns to the brand image and commercial strategy. Leverage agency and ultra-luxury brand understanding to represent the resort with trade and media, drive ROI on sales activity, and oversee contracting distribution to partners. Maintain records, manage Salesforce updates, organize trade visits, deliver product training, and support team development.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and execute Commercial Department goals for Sales and Marketing, ensuring campaigns maintain a commercial view and align to the One&Only brand image.
•Build clear communication lines across departments and represent Sales & Marketing with trade, media, and at sales presentations, property tours, and customer meetings.
•Coordinate tour operator contracting activities, including maintaining records, managing contracting distribution to partners, and conducting product training via Webinars.
•Maintain Salesforce by overseeing and entering Sales and Marketing account entries, including updates from trade events, sales calls, FAM visits, and partner communications.
•Support leadership during the contracting season, drive GSQ action plan follow-ups monthly, and help train, develop, coach, and mentor colleagues.

Key Requirements

•Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
•Prior agency experience with strong understanding of ultra-luxury brands and executing strategic, creative campaigns.
•2 years degree in Management Field.
•1 year of similar role experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
