Job Summary

Join a cross-functional team to operate engineered systems and develop sustainable manufacturing production processes in La Crosse, WI. You’ll resolve manufacturing process and product design problems using investigations and statistical studies, design flow lines and station controls to improve efficiency and quality, uphold manufacturing standards, and create standardized work instructions. You’ll also act as a voice of the customer and partner with on-site EHS to ensure OSHA-compliant safety.

Key Responsibilities

•Resolve manufacturing process and product design problems using investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
•Create cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve operations.
•Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls to optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
•Maintain manufacturing standards, including machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling/fixture records, routings, and cycle times.
•Generate work instructions and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications, partnering with EHS for OSHA-compliant safety.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,200 - 93,660 annually

•PFMEA experience is preferred.

•Degree preferred in Engineering or related technical disciplines (4-year degree); candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply.
