  • •Interface with multifunctional teams and act as a compliance consultant/reviewer for agency compliance matters.
  • •Identify product compliance issues early, provide feedback during design reviews, and recommend changes to maintain compliance.
  • •Analyze requirements from regional/national/local code-writing organizations and assess impact on products.
  • •Develop compliance test plans, review test facilities and instrumentation, and supervise agency tests conducted by others.
  • •Analyze test data for validity and compliance and prepare/review materials and construction reports for submission to safety agencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • •3+ years of experience in product compliance, certification, safety, regulatory engineering, testing, validation, quality, or related product engineering.
  • •Experience with certification agencies and standards organizations such as UL, Intertek, TÜV, CSA, IEC, IEEE, and related frameworks.
  • •Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and laboratory accreditation requirements.
  • •Experience supporting compliance programs for power electronics, UPS, energy storage, EV charging, electrical distribution, or data center power equipment.
