Key Responsibilities

•Guard, patrol, and/or monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, and rule infractions.
•Operate detecting devices and conduct bag searches and pat-down screenings as necessary.
•Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and others to maintain security and safety.
•Provide customer service with a smile and help keep the venue safe, clean, and presentable.
•May write reports for incidents or special occurrences and guide guests during emergencies or to locations in/around the venue.

Key Requirements

•Preferred security experience.
•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures in an entertainment environment.
•Ability to make independent, good-judgment decisions within policies and procedures.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong teamwork and diplomacy.
