Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain ownership of test activities in production, ensuring production test flow and resolving complex electrical issues.
  • •Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream, including system-level checkouts and acceptance testing and component-level validation.
  • •Improve and sustain test systems to increase automation, consistency, total cycle time, and test coverage.
  • •Generate test work instructions for technicians in MES, including training as required; develop a library of common failure modes and troubleshooting guides/diagrams.
  • •Analyze test data, document results, provide detailed reports, support customer returns/failure analysis with Design and Quality, and recommend corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
  • •Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
  • •Experience with contract manufacturers for testing PCBA/electronic assemblies and knowledge of PCBA testing standards and methods.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD clearance.
