Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Telemundo Network with remote broadcast capabilities across entertainment, sports, and news productions.
  • •Operate and maintain ENG camera, lighting, editing, and audio packages as needed.
  • •Manage remote broadcasting disciplines including transmission, audio, video, communications, RF, and IT.
  • •Design, integrate, maintain, operate, procure, and assemble lightweight “travel ready” broadcast systems for worldwide deployment.
  • •Maintain equipment inventory and engineering documentation, including pack lists and manifests for domestic and international deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience setting up remote broadcasts and working knowledge of remote broadcast transmission signal flow.
  • •Experience with audio mixers and microphones; professional camera setup and color matching.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of satellite uplink technology, radio frequency microphones and transmitters, and IP networks for PC use and streaming video.
  • •Associate degree from an accredited technical school (or relevant field) or equivalent work experience.
  • •Proven experience leading and/or managing technical teams and troubleshooting in a live television environment.
