Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience (Relationship Banker 1) or a minimum four to five years (Relationship Banker 2) or five or more years (Senior Relationship Banker) or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
  • •This role requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check.
  • •Failure to meet or maintain NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in rescission of your offer or termination of employment.
  • •Be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
