K-8 Assistant Teacher

Support Lead Teachers across K–8 mixed-age learning bands at a Cognia-accredited microschool. Rotate between groups, work with small groups on targeted skills and inquiry projects, provide individualized assistance, and help maintain a safe, organized, welcoming classroom. Supervise students during lunch, outdoor time, and transitions, document observations and progress, and cover the classroom when needed. Opportunity to grow into a Lead Teacher as enrollment expands.
