Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to consistently achieve and exceed annual sales quota
•Build, support, and expand relationships with strategic cochlear implanting centers
•Identify and capture new business opportunities through strategic sales planning and market analysis
•Use sales planning and reporting system as directed, to include but not limited: SFDC, pre-call planning, territory business plans, account business plans, customer business reviews, post-call and weekly reviews with line manager
•Manage time appropriately to ensure maximum coverage within territory with a focus on adequate time spent on proactive sales activities to achieve optimal level of exposure and results

Key Requirements

•Education – Master’s or Au.D. in Audiology (Au.D. or equivalent required)

•Sales exposure – comfortable learning and applying sales techniques to support growth at implant centers (preferred)
•Excellent communication and public presentation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office/engineering software
