•Create retrofit engineering drawings and define kit requirements, optimizing lead time, quality, and cost-efficiency.
•Execute aircraft modification projects by managing program enablers, stakeholders, subcontractors, and interface activities across internal and international teams.
•Develop and support aircraft certification plans and regulatory support in compliance with aviation authority requirements.
•Provide on-site liaison support to customer airlines and MRO facilities, resolving technical queries during and after delivery of work instructions and retrofit kits.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautic, or Electrical Engineering with at least 9 years of engineering experience, or a Master’s degree in a related engineering discipline with at least 7 years of experience.
•Authorized to work in the US.
•Proven ability to create, review, and modify complex structural or cabin designs using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., CATIA V5 or similar).
•Direct exposure to project/program engineering methodologies with a track record of driving technical milestones on schedule.
•Ability to interpret aircraft technical topics and translate them into clear action plans, with strong communication and coordination skills.
