Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery with GTM stakeholders to identify enablement and workflow needs and define/evolve the platform vision.
  • •Own intake and validation of new enablement experiences, assessing user value and fit with the tech stack.
  • •Translate the platform vision into prioritized requirements and partner with technical teams to deliver capabilities and integrations.
  • •Define and track success metrics (usage, adoption, productivity impact, engagement) and iterate based on feedback and data.
  • •Align stakeholders on roadmap and impact, and educate GTM teams to drive effective platform usage.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product management, platform ownership, or enablement technology roles.
  • •Experience working with GTM teams (Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success) and understanding their workflows.
  • •Ability to translate business needs into product features and workflow improvements.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • •Familiarity with enablement platforms, CRM ecosystems, or content delivery tools is a plus.
