Project Engineering Manager

Lead engineering delivery for an SPS project, providing overall engineering leadership and owning the technical relationship with the client. Drive integrated engineering planning and execution to keep work on time and within budget, coordinating engineering activities across COEs and monitoring deviations against engineering baselines. Run progress and spending reviews, manage manpower needs for schedules and scope changes, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout delivery.
