Key Responsibilities

  • •Define long-term vision and strategy for Systems Foundations, investing in core components of a high-performance realtime game engine.
  • •Own engine-related content for public Creator Analytics, ensuring actionable insights for creators.
  • •Partner with Creator organization to define and drive end-to-end performance workflows (including connecting analytics data into Roblox Studio and Microprofiler API).
  • •Collaborate with client application teams to align on performance improvement programs and platform expansion efforts.
  • •Work hands-on with engineering leadership to execute the roadmap, measure efficacy with Data Science, and mentor/elevate product culture within the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 280,540 - 330,950 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion in technically deep products.
  • •Strong technical fluency to discuss low-level architecture with engineering partners (e.g., C++, OS fundamentals) and have written multi-threaded code.
  • •Ability to define a multi-year product vision and rally large cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science).
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity and making high-stakes decisions to drive projects from vague concepts to global launch.
  • •Proficiency defining and tracking complex metrics, using data to identify the signal in the noise; exceptional written and verbal communication for technical specs and executive explanations.
