Job Summary

Join a 12-month FAST program designed to develop Field Applications Engineers through three rotations: Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing. Work with customers and internal teams to solve technical challenges, support system-level solutions, analyze trade-offs, capture schematics and PCB layouts, and validate designs. Complete a four-week global headquarters experience in Dallas to build networks and transition into a Worldwide Sales & Applications FAE role.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in TI’s Career Accelerator Program (CAP) with professional and technical training and on-the-job learning.
•Complete the Field Sales Office rotation by working with customers to solve technical challenges and analyze design trade-offs and component selection.
•Complete the Mass Market rotation to support scalable selling processes across customers and make decisions in imperfect circumstances.
•Complete the Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing rotation by learning how TI components fit into systems-level solutions, including schematic/layout capture and validation.
•After successful completion, transition into Field Applications Engineer responsibilities with customer-facing proposals and technical influence on part selection.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
•Fluency in local language and English with strong written and oral communication skills.
•Basic understanding of schematics, layouts and digital components.
•Knowledge of analog circuitry (e.g., op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing).
•Experience with lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, plus soldering and debugging skills.
