Job Summary

Lead APAC regional marketing communications, managing content calendars, asset creation, and market support across Hong Kong and Asia. Collaborate with Product and Creative teams, coordinate with agencies, and ensure consistent regional campaigns, asset adaptation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage APAC regional content strategy and calendar to ensure consistent communication across markets and channels.
•Oversee asset gaps and coordinate creation of regional brand campaigns, photography, and toolkits.
•Guide local markets on asset development, resizing, and adaptation for festival-specific design, photography, and video production.
•Collaborate with agencies, production houses, photographers, and stylists to direct regional/local campaign shoots and obtain Global Creative Team approvals.
•Lead asset adaptation and ensure master assets meet market-specific and platform-specific requirements (Social, OOH, Digital Display).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field
•3–5 years of experience in content management, creative production, or digital marketing
•Proven collaboration with reputable 4A creative agencies
•Strong background in shooting management for luxury/lifestyle brands and influencer partnerships
•Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
