Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the engineering team by understanding project installations and detecting and resolving interface issues.
  • •Create geolocated BIM models from scratch, including project/shared parameters, linked discipline models, and monitoring levels and grids.
  • •Create and manage parametric families for rail-system elements such as conduits, cable tray, ducts, electrical equipment, communication devices, and related components.
  • •Create drawings using view templates, filters, titleblocks, sheet lists, and printing under project standards.
  • •Implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), attend BIM coordination/clash detection meetings, and participate in design submissions as planned.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience, with at least 2 years working on Bentley software (MicroStation, model types, callouts, and Open building).
  • •Experience using ProjectWise.
  • •A good level in 2D tools for drawings, diagrams, and technical details.
  • •Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
  • •Positive value for BIM 360, ACC, Navisworks, and automation skills for BIM processes with Dynamo or other tools; teamwork and English B2/C1.
