Key Responsibilities

  • •Choose one or two anchor domains (backend, frontend, or DevOps) and deepen expertise while building working knowledge across all three.
  • •Translate product domain understanding and user workflows into precise system specifications using BDD/TDD.
  • •Integrate AI tools throughout the development lifecycle, including spec writing, test generation, code review, and debugging.
  • •Own the end-to-end engineering cycle from requirements to spec, AI-assisted implementation, architecture-aware reviews, QA, and DevOps.
  • •Use monitoring and feature-usage data to validate outcomes and feed insights into the next iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related fields.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) in a real or side project.
  • •Ability to write clear BDD/TDD specs that scope AI-assisted development and understand how spec quality impacts AI output.
  • •Ability to provide effective context when working with AI, with output quality depending on input quality.
  • •Habit of critically reviewing AI-generated code with awareness of API contracts, data models, and security boundaries.
