Build and evolve software across frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps for the Vision One XDR platform. Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Choose one or two anchor domains (backend, frontend, or DevOps) and deepen expertise while building working knowledge across all three.
•Translate product domain understanding and user workflows into precise system specifications using BDD/TDD.
•Integrate AI tools throughout the development lifecycle, including spec writing, test generation, code review, and debugging.
•Own the end-to-end engineering cycle from requirements to spec, AI-assisted implementation, architecture-aware reviews, QA, and DevOps.
•Use monitoring and feature-usage data to validate outcomes and feed insights into the next iteration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related fields.
•Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) in a real or side project.
•Ability to write clear BDD/TDD specs that scope AI-assisted development and understand how spec quality impacts AI output.
•Ability to provide effective context when working with AI, with output quality depending on input quality.
•Habit of critically reviewing AI-generated code with awareness of API contracts, data models, and security boundaries.
