Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end execution of physical and virtual screenings, including DCP/KDM ingest and onsite or remote technical support.
  • •Run the standard technical checklist, covering venue tech checks, content re-checks, and standby coverage through screening end.
  • •Manage day-to-day vendor relationships across a 19-vendor roster, including QC, tech check/on-site execution, engineering/buildout, and virtual-screening platforms.
  • •Keep Glowbot current and support efforts to automate manual admin work.
  • •Partner with Publicity, Events, Post Production, and Awards on timing, asset readiness, and market-specific requirements (e.g., classification, versioning).

Key Requirements

  • •Strong project and time management, staying composed under reactive, short-notice timelines.
  • •Comfortable operating independently in-market; often the only Screenings presence in India day to day.
  • •Cross-functional collaboration skills across Publicity, Events, and Post Production, building trust with stakeholders.
  • •Stakeholder and reputation management skills, including SME support for sensitive quality conversations.
  • •Vendor relationship management with ability to set and enforce service-level expectations; includes admin tasks like expense tracking and Glowbot access setup.
