Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain tools, methodologies, and recommendations to solve complex analytical problems for multiple businesses/regions.
  • •Develop forecasting models and frameworks to improve forecast accuracy using historical trends and new drivers.
  • •Partner with the business to drive data-driven decisions and generate measurable value.
  • •Communicate proactively with regional and country stakeholders on variances, workload, or capacity and recommend remediation actions.
  • •Deliver governance packs and ensure compliance with data security, AML, operational risk, internal controls, audit recommendations, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrate excellent analytical ability for workload distribution, productivity, capacity planning, service level agreements, and operating cost efficiency.
  • •Strong programming skills in at least two of: SAS, Python, R, SQL, Alteryx, Java (Spring Boot), ReactJS, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure and/or big data ecosystems like Hadoop.
  • •Experience with Generative AI and machine learning models for classification, regression, and clustering.
  • •Knowledge of forecasting techniques, market research methodologies, and multivariate analysis tools (e.g., factor analysis, cluster analysis), including prompt engineering techniques.
