Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-on-one in-person ABA therapy to children in their homes (and possibly clinics or schools) using applied behavior analysis techniques under BCBA supervision. Follow behavior intervention plans, collect and record client data, participate in supervision sessions, and attend team meetings and training. This part-time role in New Johnsonville, TN offers $24–$26 per hour, PTO/sick time accrual, and mileage reimbursement while supporting children’s development and daily life.
