Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor networks for security events and incidents to detect threats, intrusions, and compromises on a daily basis.
  • •Respond to security alarms, analyze and escalate incidents through defined processes and management.
  • •Engage in incident management and response efforts; perform vulnerability scanning and manage protection services.
  • •Provide Tier 1 support for SIEM engineering and support Barracuda XDR security services; assist with general security inquiries and recommendations.
  • •Contribute to threat intelligence by tracking global threat landscape and publishing advisories; participate in threat hunting and malware/vulnerability research to advance SOC maturity.

Key Requirements

  • •Must-have experience troubleshooting in a technical environment with analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • •Proficiency with ticketing systems and working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
  • •Experience with incident response and analysis of attack vectors (e.g., Ransomware, Phishing, Botnet, DDoS).
  • •Experience with SOC tools such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability scanners, and threat intelligence.
  • •Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts and provide strong customer service in remote support scenarios.
