Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site support to production teams to ensure operational best practices are followed, including training for new arrivals.
  • •Set up an Operational Support Plan and support teams in achieving target maturity using SAP and related tools.
  • •Define and update performance (KPI) tracking metrics for your scope.
  • •Evolve or create work instructions for your business perimeter and standardize industrial management practices across order scheduling and NPI.
  • •Act as the point of contact for operational teams during tool changes and deployments, and participate/pilot execution-scope projects.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Bac+2/3 and have at least 7 years of experience in production scheduling (ordonnancement) with strong knowledge of the Supply Chain.
  • •Master SAP, specifically the PP and MM modules.
  • •Know MES, PLM, PowerBI, and Angle.
  • •Be able to train others (pédagogie) and work both in teams and independently.
  • •Show agility, alertness, and curiosity.
