Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and evaluate customer deals, incentive agreements, and commercial proposals; recommend on financial impact, profitability, and risk.
  • •Develop and maintain financial models for business decisions, investment cases, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • •Ensure compliance with accounting policies, contractual obligations, internal controls, and approval requirements.
  • •Partner with Sales, Business Development, Legal, Finance, and others to structure commercially sound and financially sustainable agreements.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in deal-review processes and reporting accuracy using automation, data analytics, and digital solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree (or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 2 years with a PhD).
  • •Experience managing finance teams in a commercial, multi-national environment.
  • •Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analytics.
  • •Strong financial modeling and analytical/business partnering skills.
  • •Experience with finance process improvement and automation (digital/AI fluency preferred).
