Key Responsibilities

  • •Subject Matter expertise in 3-4 Flexcube modules and drive critical applications delivery and support bank-wide
  • •Manage a diversified team of professionals onshore, offshore and outsourced responsible for critical applications delivery & support
  • •Understand BRD and effectively convert business requirements to Functional specifications and manage end-to-end delivery
  • •Conduct system analysis and provide support to the business needs of the bank
  • •Prepare test cases and its test data for executing test cases for internal bank changes without testing team support

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in FLEXCUBE with exposure to all functional areas of FCUBS
  • •Hands-on experience in FCUBS V11.x version (Upwards) is a plus
  • •Knowledge of Banking domain with strong exposure to Retail Banking and Channels
  • •Should have done the business analyst role in any banking project (FCUBS)
  • •Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL programming is a must
