Job Summary

Lead engineering delivery activities for a defended airspace protection project, coordinating engineering work and associated resources with the Project Manager. Plan, coordinate, and track work execution while managing risks, ensuring commitments on cost, schedule, and quality. Participate in technical customer meetings and contribute to system commissioning with end users. Continuously improve team practices and evolve across engineering opportunities within the group.

•Pilot engineering activities and associated resources within the assigned scope.
•Plan, coordinate, and track work execution while managing risks.
•Ensure project commitments on costs, timelines, and quality in line with project objectives.
•Participate in technical meetings with the customer.
•Contribute to system commissioning with end users and drive continuous improvement of practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (bac+5).
•Passionate about engineering in the Defense domain with prior experience as an engineering lead and/or system testing lead.
•Interest in leading activities carried out by multidisciplinary teams while keeping a strong customer service mindset.
•Ability to pilot engineering activities and associated resources within your scope.
•Willingness to undergo an authorization procedure related to access to national defense classified information.
