Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive store sales and profit by owning sales/KPI targets and using available store resources to meet or exceed them.
  • •Execute brand customer service standards and consistently act as a brand ambassador through brand attitude and values.
  • •Communicate seasonal brand/product knowledge, product features, benefits, and unique selling points to customers.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards, process deliveries, and replenish merchandise fixtures for full product representation on the sales floor.
  • •Perform cash register transactions accurately, minimize loss, and ensure store operations are completed safely and in line with policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education is required.
  • •Preferably 6 months working in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment.
