Job Summary

Lead and manage complex Land Development master planning and design projects across the UAE, from inception to completion. Own planning/design-stage delivery, including transport planning, roads, utilities, landscaping, and sustainability, while aligning execution with client objectives and regulatory requirements. Build and lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and resources, mitigate project risks, control scope and schedules, and ensure quality through WSP processes and templates. Coordinate procurement and stakeholder communications to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage Land Development master planning and design projects (Master Planning, Transport Planning, Roads, Utilities, Landscape) in alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
•Build and lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to achieve project goals.
•Develop and manage project budgets, monitor and control expenditures, and allocate resources to optimize project outcomes.
•Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
•Create work breakdown structures and schedules, monitor progress, manage scope and deliverables, and document/handle changes while maintaining quality using WSP processes and templates.

Key Requirements

•Proven project management experience on the planning and design of large and complex Land Development projects in the UAE.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in a Land Development discipline (e.g., Civil Engineering, Utilities, Roads, Transport Planning, Master Planning).
•Strong technical understanding of Land Development disciplines including master planning, infrastructure, transport planning, landscaping, and sustainability.
•Experience leading multi-disciplinary land development teams and delivering projects from inception to completion.
•Degree in a Land Development discipline is preferred (e.g., Civil Engineering, Utilities, Roads, Transport Planning, Master Planning).
