Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage scope, budget, and timelines for consulting support projects related to health actuarial valuations.
  • •Independently review technical results from base data, validate checks, ensure proper audit trails, and perform root-cause analysis for areas of concern.
  • •Demonstrate understanding of aligned processes, provide insights to clients/client teams, and mentor junior colleagues to enable independent valuations.
  • •Lead status update meetings and build strong relationships with offshore and onshore colleagues.
  • •Deliver final client outputs (including drafting emails), support internal training/technical meetings, and drive improvements to valuation and consulting support services.

Key Requirements

  • •2-6 years of relevant experience in actuarial/valuation consulting work supporting health products and calculations.
  • •Graduate (and/or Post Graduate) education with a numerate degree preferred (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering).
  • •Active student member of the Institute of Actuaries (UK/India) and preference to have cleared at least three core technical actuarial exams.
  • •Strong understanding of technical topics and concepts to apply them to valuations and review results from a client’s perspective.
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills and strong business communication (email/conference calls) with fluent English.
